The Administrative Services role is responsible for providing support to the organization by managing and coordinating administrative tasks and operations. This includes managing and maintaining office systems, managing the flow of information, and providing support to the management team and other employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks and operations such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain office systems such as filing systems, databases, and communication systems.
  • Manage the flow of information within the organization, including responding to inquiries, directing calls, and disseminating information.
  • Provide support to the management team and other employees by assisting with projects, research, and data analysis.
  • Coordinate and manage office events and activities, such as employee appreciation events and community outreach initiatives.
  • Oversee the office budget and manage vendor relationships, including ordering office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
