Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic and conversions for our company. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of the digital landscape and the ability to create and execute effective campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, and other digital platforms
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute targeted campaigns and promotions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and make recommendations for new tools and strategies
- Manage and coordinate external agencies and vendors as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies, including web analytics, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot or Eloqua
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies and vendors.
