Job Description:
The General Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for the company. They will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure that the company's products and services are effectively promoted to the target audience. They will also be responsible for creating and managing budgets, analyzing market trends, and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Experience with budget management and financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies is a plus.
