Job Description

The IT Manager is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions within the organization. This includes managing the implementation and maintenance of systems, as well as the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures. The IT Manager will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of IT professionals.


  • Develop and implement IT strategies and plans in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Manage and supervise a team of IT professionals
  • Implement and maintain systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures
  • Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products
  • Provide technical support to users as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on new technologies and industry developments
  • Provide regular reports on IT operations and progress to upper management


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of IT professionals
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
  • Experience with project management and implementing IT strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to stay current with new technologies and industry developments
  • Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g. Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) a plus
