Job Overview:
The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for our company’s key partners and alliances. This includes identifying target audiences, creating and implementing campaigns, and measuring and reporting on the success of these efforts. The Partner Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure that our partners are effectively promoted and that their efforts align with our overall business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for key partners and alliances
- Identify target audiences and create campaigns to reach them
- Implement campaigns through various channels, including email, social media, and events
- Measure and report on the success of campaigns and make adjustments as needed
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure that our partners are effectively promoted and that their efforts align with our overall business goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in partner marketing or related role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus.
