
Product marketing
Job Description:
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for a specific product or product line. This includes researching and understanding the target market, creating compelling messaging and positioning, and developing and executing launch plans and ongoing campaigns. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the product development team, sales team, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that the product is marketed and sold effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand the target market and identify key trends and insights
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for a specific product or product line
- Create compelling messaging and positioning for the product
- Develop and execute launch plans and ongoing campaigns to drive product adoption and sales
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure that the product meets market needs
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that they have the necessary tools and resources to sell the product effectively
- Monitor and analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of market research and analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with product launch and go-to-market strategy development
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with sales enablement and sales support is a plus.
