Job Descriptions
- Rental Agent: Responsible for renting out various equipment, tools, and other items to customers. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and handle transactions.
- Customer Service Representative: Provides assistance to customers in person or over the phone. Answers questions, resolves problems, and helps customers with rental agreements and contracts.
- Delivery Driver: Delivers rental equipment to customers and picks up equipment when rentals are complete. Must be able to operate delivery vehicles safely and follow delivery schedules.
- Equipment Maintenance Technician: Inspects, repairs, and maintains rental equipment to ensure it is in good working condition. Must be able to troubleshoot problems and perform basic repairs.
Job Requirements
- Rental Agent: High school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, basic computer knowledge.
- Customer Service Representative: High school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic computer knowledge.
- Delivery Driver: High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to lift heavy equipment, good time management skills.
- Equipment Maintenance Technician: High school diploma or equivalent, experience in equipment maintenance or repair, knowledge of safety procedures and regulations, ability to work independently.
