Job Description:

The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This includes creating and managing social media content, monitoring and analyzing social media metrics, and engaging with customers on social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media marketing strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and business goals
  • Create and curate engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
  • Engage with customers on social media platforms to build relationships and address any concerns or questions
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and product development, to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the company's social media presence stays relevant and effective

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing strategies
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools
  • Experience using social media scheduling and management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
